Hello everyone. I hope you like my website!. This is a personal initiative and the views on the blog and the content on the site are my personal views and opinions.
About me: I completed as Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur in 1989 winning the Institutes Gold Medal for topping in Personnel Management. My experience in Human Resources Management covers Factory Personnel, Corporate Industrial Relations, Compensation, Job Evaluation and Career Planning in specialist roles. Since 1996 I have been Head of the HR function across various Companies.
Career History

1989 - 1996 Started my career with Hindustan Unilever India in 1989 and worked in the group Companies Lipton and Brooke Bond Lipton in roles as Factory Personnel Manager, Corporate Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Personnel Planning.

1996 - 1998 Burns Philp India, an Australian multinational as General Manager, Human Resources, Indian Sub continent with responsibility for food ingredients businesses in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh

1998 - 2005 Citigroup India and had responsibility for HR for Subsidiaries & Affiliates the largest role being HR Head for eServe International.

2005 - 2010 Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd as Executive Vice President Human Capital.
